We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after placing your order to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed, this includes smells of smoke, body odour or pets, pet hair.
- If items are presented with fake tan marks, visible dirt, or hairs they will be refused and sent back to the original shipping address at the customer's expense.
- You are responsible for the package in transit until it has been delivered to us so we recommend you send the item tracked.
- Proof of purchase is necessary for all returns or refunds.
- Purchases made from 1st December 2022 can be exchanged or returned for store credit/gift card up until 14th January.
- If the item(s) are returned within 14 days the our normal return policy applies

Damages and faults
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You have up to 30 days to return a faulty item once purchased. Proof of receipt will be required.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Items that have inside or outside tags removed.
- Stained or soiled items - makeup, fake tan, perfume scent etc.
- Sale items will not be refunded or exchanged
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and refunded. If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order and refund information.
